dedicated to the charitable needs and economic development of the Thousand Islands Region.&nbsp; The goal of the 1000 Islands International Charity Poker Run is to host events that promote the local Active Duty military members diagnosed with PTSD are treated in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Veterans diagnosed with PTSD are provided services in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Both the PHP and IOP are group focused programs drawing on the strength created when a group of like-minded individuals join together in the healing process.
